Culture airway epithelial cells at the air-liquid interface with Costar® 6.5 mm Transwell®, 0.4 µm Pore Polyester Membrane Inserts. Recommended for use with PneumaCult™-ALI Medium (Catalog #05001), these inserts support the growth of both anchorage-dependent and anchorage-independent cells, including those that are fed at the basolateral surface or in co-culture systems. Every pack of Costar® 6.5 mm Transwell®, 0.4 µm Pore Polyester Membrane Inserts includes four 24-well plates, each with 12 inserts, for a total of 48 inserts. These inserts are also available in a kit (Catalog #05021) that includes PneumaCult™-ALI Medium.
