概述

Antibody diluent is a 10x concentrated buffer. This buffer is specifically formulated and tested for Immunohistochemistry or Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay applications. Antibody diluent is for diluting both primary and secondary antibodies. The buffer of this antibody diluent is PBS, pH 7.4.

For Immunohistochemistry, 10 ml: 1 ml of antibody diluent (10x) + 9 ml ultra pure water + 10 μl Tween20. For Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, 10 ml: 1 ml of antibody diluent (10x) + 9 ml ultra pure water + 5 μl Tween20. Now with the current.
