This IFA can also be used for abooster injection of type II collagen toincrease the incidence of CIA in mice. 注意：IFA instead of complete Freund’s adjuvant (CFA) should be used to emulsify type II collagenfor immunizing rats, since rats are susceptible to adjuvant inducedarthritis.
