B cells can be harvested and used directly in downstream applications after just one week or less in culture.
This kit is compatible with many of our other upstream and downstream products. For example, you can use EasySep™ cell separation kits to isolate a range of B cell subsets—such as pan-B cells, memory B cells, and naïve B cells—that can be isolated and then immediately expanded using ImmunoCult™ Human B Cell Expansion Kit.
