商品介绍
gene_symbol:ATP citrate lyase
Synonyms:ACL; ATPCL; CLATP
clone_name:OTI3G8
immunogen:Full length human recombinant protein of human ACLY (NP_001087) produced in HEK293T cell.
predicted_size:120.8 kDa
background:ATP citrate lyase is the primary enzyme responsible for the synthesis of cytosolic acetyl-CoA in many tissues. The enzyme is a tetramer (relative molecular weight approximately 440,000) of apparently identical subunits. It catalyzes the formation of acetyl-CoA and oxaloacetate from citrate and CoA with a concomitant hydrolysis of ATP to ADP and phosphate. The product, acetyl-CoA, serves several important biosynthetic pathways, including lipogenesis and cholesterogenesis. In nervous tissue, ATP citrate-lyase may be involved in the biosynthesis of acetylcholine. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
buffer:PBS (pH 7.3) containing 1% BSA, 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.
purification:Purified from mouse ascites fluids or tissue culture supernatant by affinity chromatography (protein A/G)
isotype:IgG1
host:Mouse
applications:IF, IHC, WB
Recommend Dilution:WB 1:2000, IHC 1:50, IF 1:100
reactivities:Human, Mouse, Rat
storage:Store at -20°C as received.
