4ºC保存，一年有效。抗体须避光保存。BeyoFC™流式检测细胞染色缓冲液-20ºC可以保存更长时间。
注意事项：流式抗体通常不宜回收再使用。
相关步骤离心时，4ºC可更好的维持细胞完整性；同时根据细胞类型，可对离心力进行一定的优化。
如果需要同时进行细胞表面和细胞内抗原的流式检测，须先进行细胞表面抗原的染色，这样可以避免有些细胞表面抗原因为固定而无法被流式抗体所识别。
