The BioTracker™ Dual-Color Mitochondria-Lysosome Live Cell Dye (Coupa) is a fluorescent probe used to detect mitochondria-lysosome interactions (Chen, 2020). Mitochondrial-lysosomal interactions are fundamental to the processes of cellular homeostasis. Mitochondria and lysosomes have unique interactions which involve transfer of metabolites.
